I consistently advertised my address, the address of my studio and computer
store and a few other businesses I own whenever I got on the 'net. Right up
until a thieving, slandering scumbag in South Australia used a Government
computer to launch a tirade of lies and defamation directed at me. Why did
you do that?

Threats you made against me included;

Getting your mates in the securities commission to do me over. Why? You
never had any "mates in ASIC", it was all lies. Why?

Make a complaint to the ACCC because you didn't like the truthful
description of what I would accept as a warranty claim on sales of computer
parts. You were never a customer of mine. Why? The warranty was legal. You
just wanted the right to buy something, fry it and get a refund, didn't
you?

You also posted lies that I didn't have any permits for my Photographic tour
business or restricted area photography or any permission to enter
Aboriginal lands... Claiming in the process to be associated with
indigenous groups in Brisbane. More Lies Mate. Not a single elder in any
community withing 50klm of Brisbane has any knowledge of you. Why make
these claims?

What happened when I posted scans of the permits? Nothing! No apologies,
just more posting of more lies. Then you came out with the gem that I was
just a "backyard" operator and didn't own any shops. Why, couldn't get your
mates at ASIC to show you my corporate structure?

What was your response when I posted a photo of my Cleveland print centre?
Nothing again!

When I sold the shops to another company, you somehow missed the article in
the newspapers. No worries mate, we all know you only read what you want
to.

Then there was the "advise" I gave someone in Aus.Photo that the copyright
of their images most probably belonged to them. Where did you dig up the
lies you posted, claiming they were published on my web site? Fertile
imagination, perhaps?

So when Ken Chandler posted a URL to the real wording, what were the words
of your apology for saying I was giving out false information? Nothing
again. You are an absolute lying, mongrel bastard without a grain of
decency in you. You make absolutely outrageous statements about me and when
they are proven wrong, just shut up. Nice fellow -NOT!

Now we have a legitimate listing on EBay to sell some Photography packages
that got forfeited when I parted company with "the wedding planner" (ABN 55
609 931 822) who -up till her husband touched up my wife- I rented my
Cleveland Studio from. Her actions left me without a studio and the
weddings she promised.

I used EBay to replace the vacancies. A Legitimate business listing which
you seem to think I should have sat around twiddling my thumbs instead of
working. Why? How does it affect you? Oh, that's right, it has no effect on
you, does it? You are only using this for your own amusement. How childish.

Mate... EBay exists for business to off-load their excess stock at whatever
price they can get for it. I sold 6 Wedding packages through EBay and in
the process salvaged my losses at the Wedding planner's demise from my
life. and gave some very trusting and lovely people bargains they never
believed possible.

All of them unsolicited. But you never bothered to mention them, did you?
Why not? Does people publicly saying they like my photos offend you or just
make you jealous because you can't do what I do?

You are a worthless bastard, trying to make out you have some skills in
photography when everything you offers as evidence says otherwise. You
claim to have been a Wedding Photographer yet no one in Adelaide who
supplies Professionals with gear and prints for more than 20 years, has any
knowledge of you. Why do you suppose that is? Because you are a habitual
liar, perhaps?

Eventually I'll find out where in Helensvale you live. Money won't stop me
pursuing you to the grave for your defamation and slander. you rotten
bastard.

I never said anything about "doing you over" - if you claim otherwise,
QUOTE ME. I said I would report your behaviour, which I did and we all
had a bit of a chuckle when we discovered there was not a trace of any
real franchise....

How would you know? (I did indeed work at ASIC, which was then the
Corporate Affairs Commision and formerly the Registrar of Companies,
for several years and still keep in touch with two of my workmates).
The fact that they were mates was irrelevant, as I did a perfectly
legal public search.

It's ASIC. A.S.I.C. The Australian Securities and Investments
Commission. They are the watchdogs of corporate behaviour and keepers
of corporate records. ACCC is a different animal - they might have
been involved if you actually had a franchise, but the point seems to
be moot.

And *another* strawman. I did not post any such 'lies' - I simply
pointed out the fact that having commercial photography permits for
National Parks, or permits to enter indigenous lands, does NOT give
any indication of your skills as a photographer.

Your corporate structure is irrelevant. I and others questioned you
on how we could get prints done, and you would not give out any store
names or addresses, asking instead for files to be sent to you
direct. There is/are no store/s mentioned on any of your webpages, it
is not in the phone book or on the web, nor is it on any of the
obvious mainstreets in Cleveland.

Where/when is/was that? I can remember you posting a picture of what
appeared to be an office complex back door, with a temporary sign
posted next to it. Could you put it up again? Or why not just name
any of the stores? I and others would genuinely like to test your
abilities on enlargements. Something wrong with that?

And in this very thread, you seem to be saying that the 'shopfront'
was just a rented studio that you no longer use. Is your foot hurting
after you shot it? Your web is getting very tangled.

Huh???? So now you don't run these alleged print centres any more? So
who owns them now? What a funny coincidence that you suddenly reveal
this... If it was in the papers, it was clearly public knowledge - so

That's easy - I still have the quote, and it's still on your website -
you say, and I quote:

That is a pretty clear invitation. Not illegal of itself but below

slowly - the copyright can only belong to them *in the absence of any

insults, and I would suggest you think about what you write, if you

Gosh you certainly seem to have bad luck with.. er.. pretty much
everybody and everything you touch.

By the way, that is a serious allegation you have laid against what
certainly appears to be a valid ABN number (they are easy to look
up). I dearly hope you know what you are doing and the risk you take
by saying such a thing, unless this was a proven case... You do
realise you are posting this in a public forum..?

Yep, I do find it pretty amusing that a pro sells his wedding stuff on
Ebay. But that's just me.

Why do you think it is about jealousy? To me it is just about being
responsible for what you say, not using fraudulent methods to promote
your business, not making silly and demonstrably false claims, and not
pulling webpages that contain silly claims. If you followed those
simple rules, you would have no trouble from me.

I'll let others judge, thanks. Most folk who visit my website give
very positive feedback, even though I'm still just playing with it -
and I don't flog it to death here like someone we know. If you
actually gave constructive criticism, I might even listen and respond.

So even though you live in Brisbane, you checked all those who supply
pro equipment in Adelaide? Uhuh, just like the indigenous enquiry -
you must spend a lot of time on the phone... (O; Even if anyone took
this sort of silly reponse seriously, given I was simply an employee
of a studio why on earth would they know me anyway? I didn't buy
their equipment, I just took photos for them... And this was in the
70's for heaven's sake.

I *don't* live in Helensvale, but whatever. You have a valid postal
address for me. Yes, I do live about a third of my life in Lincoln,
and the rest here - and I'll get anything that is sent to the Lincoln
address. So get off your arse. If you really have a case, and you
can't start the ball rolling by post through those hotshot lawyers of
yours, one would have to wonder why...

I *challenge* you to do something about it. There is nothing stopping
you, I do have assets worth suing for, and... I CALL YOUR BLUFF.

If you ever took all this to a lawyer, I would soooo love to be a fly
on the wall. Douglas, I think you might want to re-think some of the

And I will *continue* to dispute your claims when they are patently
false, and repost your pulled webpages when you try to pull any more
fast ones. Why doncha get over it? If I'm wrong, surely the truth
will win through. Why are you SOOO upset by one little annoying
person who keeps pulling you up on your 'facts'?

Anyway, I know you'd love me to be scared away, but I'm not exactly
shaking in my boots, judging by:
a - the fact that you have no case, and what 'facts' you do try to
post, often have nothing to do with me
b - your complete lack of action so far other than these lame posts,
despite the $500 reward and claims of private investigators and
lawyers - I was easily contactable even back when I was posting as
Chrlz (yes, my email address has always been real, unlike most of your
~60 sockpuppet identities). If I ever hear from a real lawyer, I'll
happily respond.
c - your lack of supporters, with the possible exception of Noons (who
I can understand is still deeply hurt over my criticisms of *his*
enlargements! No hard feelings, Noons - in fact I agree with a lot of
what you say, and at least you aren't a liar and a fraud...)
