MMS'ing between Network Problems.

I think I touched on this a while ago. I was having problem MMS'ing from
a NextG mobile to non-Telstra networks. The problem then seemed to go
away, but over the weekend I had cause to MMS some photos to people on
other networks.

Now, while the MMS said that it was "send successfully", the recipient
got the message but sans photo.

We tried it a few times (the first time I got a reply "what's the go
with the blank MMS?"). Eventually I tried it to my wife's mobile, a
phone on Telstra GSM. It worked. She then sent a photo to the other
people, That worked.

It seems that it may be a NextG related issue.

I've lodged a "network fault" report with Telstra. It will be
interesting to see how it goes. First thing I did though, was to return
to the shop where I bought the phone to get them to check it to make
sure that I have it configured correctly. It must be, anyway, if I can
MMS to other Telstra mobiles. From there we entered the laborious fault
reporting process.

I was wondering if any of you guys have seen or heard anything similar
to this.
