Anyone out there use video capture cards. I have been using Belkin VideoBus II which is a usb device that plugs to a camcorder, vhs or any device that has A/V, SVIDEO plugs.

Very stable device. However, only captures at 352x288 mpeg format.

Is there anyone using any capture cards besides Belkin? I have searched a few and found these:

http://www.leadtek.com/multimedia/winfast_tv2000xp_deluxe_2.html

and

http://www.lifeview.com.tw/eng/pro_fly_3000.html

I was wondering anyone has the above products to capture videos. I have captured all my vhs family videos to VCD and now I am lookin at capturing on a higher quality for DVD authoring.

any feedback is much appreciated.

I have used lifeview fly video 98 and fly video 2000.
I have just installed leadtek delux.
Lifeview captures analoge video. Leadtek captures digital or dvd.
Life view is easier to install.
Leadtek wouldn't install automaticly, i had to browse the cd and install manually. But that is not to say it won't install automaticaly on another pc.
Leadtek seems to have more to offer. So at this point i would go for Leadtek.
You may find it is cheaper also.
