Sansui DVD unlocking code

I am trying to find an unlocking code for my Sansui TV/DVD player. I have searched everywhere and cant find one. Can anyone help? I want to be able to play my region 1 DVD's!

The model is CTV2132PFDVD

They are famous for poor customer service so you may need to pester them to get the info
