Hi

I was playing around with the menu's and and changed the settings to Progressive Scan. The picture was immediately lost and I haven't been able to use it.

Or is it dead.

Is there anyway to reset the recorder

The I/P button at bottom left of the remote toggles interlaced/progressive scan.
