Yep, plenty in the pound and the handlers will be able to tell you which are suitable with children.

I just went through the puppy dilemma after I had my 11 year old Dog put to sleep.
I decided to go through one of the Adoption Groups and ended up with a adorable little fella - He is a Jack Russell X King Charles Spaniel.
He cost me $250 which included his first immunization,worming, microchipping and de-sexing which I am having done when he is 6 months old. :) .
