On Friday night after midnight I was driving east along Victoria
Parade and was about to turn right into Punt Road/Hoddle Street. A
bunch of window cleaners were there. The guy came up to me and I shook
my head and said no I don't want my windows cleaned. He then just
cleaned it anyway, probably thinking people would feel a need to
reciprocate by giving money afterwards. I put down my car window and
told the guy that I don't have any money and he walked off and did the
same thing to another person. When I got home I checked my window and
it looked really foggy and stuffed up. I suspect the window cleaner's
cleaning solution might have been responsible. Perhaps he mixed water
with Pantene shampoo.

How do I handle something like this? Do I go to the police or do I
speak to the ACCC?

I don;t know about VicCo however suspect that was illegal.

Good lunk in solving it though.

Any metal contact on 'screen will damage it.

I sometimes park my arse over bullbar, and lay back
on 'lux bonnet, however can't use abrasive product
on windscreen. If I was fat, might not do it,
windscreens different.

Cleaning the window yourself would be a lot simpler and most likely
prevent you from being called a dickhead and being laughed at or is it
already too late for that?

Speak to the ACCC, call the police, and the anti-terror hotline
while you're at it. Do you remember where your fridge magnet is?

Now, fuck off Bevan.

As a follow up to this thread, I'm wondering what happened to your window?
Is it still ruined or have you fixed it? If so , how did you accomplish
this?

Clean your window with prepsol then wash that off with some dishwashing
liquid and water. Or just try the dishwashing liquid to start with and see
how you go.

I never let them touch my windows, the chance of the squiggies having grit
im them and them scratching the windscreen is highly likely and they all
look like they can run fast, you never see fat arses out there.
