Does Foxtel Digital be better than Digital?

I was meant to say: ""IS Foxtel digital better than digital"?

I live in an area where my digital signal pixelates regularly. I got told it is becaue the signal moves parallel with the ground. I was told foxtel digital comes from the satelite so I will have less pixelation when I get foxtel.

Does this sound right?

I used to work for Foxtel, and that's absolutly true - Satelite is better. With that said they don't re-transmit all free-to-air TV, and here in Canberra only re-transmit ABC, SBS, ABC2 and SBS World News. In heavy weather conditions the Foxtel signal can deteroriate or even be blocked entirely.
