best adsl modem for playstation 3

So i bought a playstation 3, i try to get online with it but as always my adsl modem (speedtouch 530) gives me nightmares i can never figure out how to set it up to get online with any console, i'm thinking maybe it would just be as easy to get a new modem, what would someone suggest ... i want something that will allow me to get online simply with my playstation 3

Weird, i updated to firmware 1.7 ... than had no problems getting online
