View Full Version : Replacing the bezel surround on a Sony Bravia X LCD panel

Hi,
Anyone here have any experience or know what's involved in replacing the
screen bezel surround on a Sony Bravia X series LCD panel?
There is nothing in the handbook for the TV about how to go about this and
apparently nothing on the Sony website either.
At a quick glance I'm assuming it is removed by unscrewing some screws from
behind the panel???
Any tips would be appreciated.
Cheers,
Alan

I'm glad you can see the humour (Alan did as well).
Seriously now, I have spoken with Alan at length about the
removal and it is not obvious to him how to do it. Perhaps
you could scan and email the instructions to him from one of
those kits.

Ahhhhh, still suffering from that literacy and sticky beak challenge
I note! Most States have a local version of the Read
Write now! program where you could receive the services of a
volunteer literacy tutor from which you could possibly benefit,
although a dumb mutt like you probably would not!
Get back into your box you mongrel mutt and stay there!!
