my price range is bout $300, looking for something simple and basic for my car that will get me from a to b, lets me map out a course and has a voice guidance, can be second hand, third hand, fourthhand, as old as it gets, as long as it works and is in okay condition im happy

You can buy new for that price, basic, but new, this would be a better way to go as you will get current version mapping.
