A sad Canberra website to dob in drivers whom you htink are "bad" drivers.
What Canberra drivers think of as "bad" is illustrated by 2 of the very few
reports being for "driving slow".
http://canberraroadwatch.com/
Says it all, really.
Notice there's NO reports for tailgating! Which is a pre-requisite for all
"good" Canberra drivers.

Nah, all the 'good' Canberra drivers sit 10km/h under the limit in the
right hand lane. Anyone whinging about tailgating is a likely culprit
for this behaviour.

Wouldnt it be the case, if a "report" was inaccurate or wrong, the person
would have recourse under defamation laws?

There's also ratemyplate.com.au (I think) which also seems to have
started in the ACT. I don't like these sites, there's no
accountability on the part of the person who dobs you in - for all
anyone knows, I could have vendetta against my neighbours or something
and dob them in repeatedly with no reason.

Being correct isn't necessarily a defence against defamation... the
goose is a sitting duck. :)

Top of the list is a tailgating ATM. I like how there is what
appears to be a legal add possibly sponsoring the site to
help folk who get busted for DUI. The irony.

Last time I drove into Canberra (coming from Queanbeyan), I saw 2
accidents happen (one serious) within the space of 20 minutes. One was
right in the Parliment house carpark. Didnt leave a real great
impression on me I must say...

The site is designed completely for two-brain-celled morons.
On their right-had pane, it says:
"Did you know ? You can sign up for alerts to be notified when your vehicle is
involved in an incident"
I can see it now: BANG! beep-beep-beep-beep "Your vehicle has been
involved in an accident". Duh, I know, I was talking on my phone when I ran
into the bus...

Great search engine they've got too. I tried to search for my rego
