MAC address masqurading? Ohhh!!!!!

Hi guys
I'm in mess here
I have configured my DHCP server and Proxy server to respond to
requests base on the client MAC address but the problem now is that on
my 2.4Ghz network, the mac addy is not getting to the server.

I have one 5.7Ghz network and a 2.4Ghz network, connected together thru
a switch and from the switch to the server (IPCOP).
I notice that the static DHCP is working fine for the clients connected
to the 5.7Ghz network(using motorola canopy) but the clients on the
2.4Ghz network are always having problem accessing the internet through
the server.
When I checked the arp cache of the server using the arp command, I
discoverd that all the clients on the 5.7Ghz network has there Mac
registered on the server but those on the 2.4Ghz only uses the mac addy
of the client-side radio.

on the 2.4Ghz network, I have an AP(Tranzeo) and
client-Radios(tranzeo)
The 5.7Ghz network is also Motorala canopy all through.

Please how can i make the client desktops and laptops Mac address show
on the server and not the client-side radios mac.
