because kiddies may read this) kept blaming coaches and turning them over
with no real solution to what is obviously an underlying problem that
changing individuals in that role won't fix.
How many years does repeating useless (apart from giving people someone
to blame) behaviour have occur before people wake up to the fact that it
doesn't work?
