dvd burner

I have a DVD burner and I'm trying to figure out how to back up my DVD movies. When I click exact copy I get a message that says it can't read the DVD i put in. How do i fix this problem? Thanks.

Hmm..strange. Try playing the DVD first on something like POwerDVD, then close that program & try burning.
