Data disc using nero (vista) not recognised using LG RH7521w

I have the lg dvd recorder RH7521w and when i put in a data dvd (divx files) copied using nero 7.8 on vista it does not recognise the disc, wanting to format the disc instead. I have tried burning it both with and without multisession.
When i put the same dvd in an older xms 989 it works fine. (little blotchy picture though as its quite older)

Have checked with other discs that i know have worked before and they are still ok on the player.

Was Nero set for ISO or UDF disc mode? Most reliable setting for standalone players is DVD-ROM (ISO) with no multi-session.

problem sorted.
After much confusion , i found even some purchased dvd's would not read.
So faulty drive i guess.

Also , a big thanks to LG for their NEW warranty procedure (they have changed their system 2 weeks ago)

Dvd player was collected from my house using DHL Couriers , they boxed it and helped with any paperwork , unit was returned the same way 1 week later , and all works fine.

Who could ask for better customer service?
