He already did fuckwit, and got the run-around by brain-dead lunatics at
125111.

www.tio.com.au is your answer, you've exhausted all reasonable avenues of
complaint within Telstra without success. Let the TIO do the running around
for you instead of banging your head against a brick wall with 125111
loonies.

No, it was clearly his attitude. I hope they terminated the call on him

His attitude is the same as yours, it appears

Sure. And he will have his CNS disabled in fourteen days now, instead of 2
minutes

You really are a wanker, goons.

The diversion time, not the diversion number or method

Thats exactly what is designed.

CNS applies when no other diversions are set.

You want CNS disabled, you ask for it

Nope, I've never had any trouble.

And I would have told you what product code to ask for, except, you were
being a dick, so baby gets nothing.

So you had to wait even longer, due to your attitude.

Great fucking organisation when the customer needs to know what product code
to ask for!! I prefer to deal with www.tio.com.au - takes a few days more,
but it forces Telstra to act, else be fined.

The customer didn't NEED to know. It just might have stopped you
belly-aching
