Best Pvr to buy or dvd recorder

whats the best pvr or dvd recorder to buy that has twin tuners and can
record HD tv
the pvr must have a usb port so i can hook it up to the computer to transfer
tv shows for editing.

or Topfield PVRt5000 for SDTV, although you can record HDTV on the 5000 and
copy the file off to a computer for editing and viewing.
