Exactly, which is why a real home cinema is NOT the ****ing living room with
a 42inch plasma like many seem to think. A real home cinema is a specialised
room with nothing but a big 16:9 white wall screen (with masking), the best
LCD projector on the market, brilliant sound system, comfortable theatre
seating, a stocked bar in the back corner and of couse.......a topless
waitress.

Wouldn't know about the claim of a DLP on a pale grey screen, (sounds odd)
but I can tell you the pure white screen with a good LCD projector is
virtually impossible to beat. Why the **** you like DLP over the new gen LCD
is beyond me or do you enjoy the "rainbow" effect or the technical term
"screen door" effect?

Three or so years ago was a pax in one.
Nothing special about it I could tell. It was an on road situation,
so I have no idea what it would do offroad - not a lot was my
general impression, other than that, "Yawn, yet another ordinary
car". Don't get me wrong, also is my opinion of the ToyCo Rav4.
Both just ordinary cars.

I should also mention that I did once own an 83 Subaru 4WD wagon
but it had a modified 1800 engine, custom manifold with weber carb and
custom 2inch extractors, 3inch lift kit and 14 inch wheels with offroad
tyres and would piss all over any CRV one or offroad, real offroad too
not a bit of sand driving, even a Citroen 2CV can handle that as seen
elsewhere the post of one on Fraser Island, I have personally seen many
VW combis and bugs, Falcons and Holdens, a BMW318(I have no idea why it
was there)and a Subaru Sherpa all happily cruising up and down the
beaches so that couldn't really be called 4WDing
