I have a Blackberry 7130 on Telstra's CDMA network. I'm holidaying soon
in Vietnam. I use it for phone calls, SMS, email and web browsing. Will
it work there?

Nope, Telstra have no CDMA roaming agreements in Vietnam. See

Last time I looked, GSM World didn't list roaming agreements for CDMA
networks, a competing digital mobile standard.

Generally the case, yep.
1) Nowhere near as many CDMA networks as GSM.
2) Telstra hasn't put much effort into CDMA roaming agreements over the
years.

No probs.

Haven't they stiff armed you to switch to GSM yet?

It might be worth your while to investigate buying a phone and a pre-paid
service if they exist over there. If you use a Telstra mobile while roaming
overseas, it will cost you a fortune.
