I'm using a Twinhan digital tuner card in my PC with the Twinhan
tuner/recording software
(http://www.twinhan.com/download_driver&software.asp). I just installed the
latest 3.3 version - it's actually been around since June - and I can't find
in this version where I can setup a scheduled recording. I can record a
program by pressing the record button once I have started the program and
tuned a station, but I'm damned if I can see where I can schedule recordings
to happen at future times. The dialog that existed in previous versions
seems to have disappeared.

Is this a shortcoming in the program or a shortcoming in me?

I can't help you with the Twinhan software, but you might be interested in
checking out other software for scheduling recording such as RikPVR http://www.rikpvr.com/
This will let you schedule recordings using a TV guide type interface. I
find this much easier to use, however, that's not surprising since I'm the
primary developer of the software. There's a free 30 day trial available
to try it out with.

You can get some links for the guide data from here: http://help.rikpvr.com/GuideData.ashx

I don't mean to offend people by posting links to commercial software but
it seemed appropriate to the question.
