Lexus has a 100% rating, ToyCo who are the same company,
don't come in as such, however use the same parts, Could
it be the road side assistance deals?

Take a close look at a Lexus sometime... they're a cut above the rest
of Toyota (quality wise). The rating's probably well deserved, apart
from the fact no ordinary sane person would ever be seen dead in one.

Garish is probably the right word to describe them. :)

Most likely the pig headed ignorance of Lexus owners, who'd happily praise
their cars while pushing them all the way to the dealer.

I think that would be part of it, also KISS would have to
come into the equation... "Wah wah wah my gadget broke",
"oh here is a new one"

For some reason, in the States, the Lexus is considered a much sort after
luxury car. Stuffed if I know why,..but then again compared to a lot of
their local stuff...

Jaguars are big over there too.

Just goes to show that your average Yank has about as much taste as a common
snail.

Last week I tried my first Escargot even with the garlic butter it was
revolting. Fried jaguar dung would probably taste better. :-)

There are some things which no matter which way they're presented,....are
revolting. Eating insects falls right into that category :-) Wichiti grubs,
grasshoppers, and ugh! snails!!
