Looks like the graphics are getting a big kick, but everyone still moves with that awkward computer game way.

Looks good. Lets just hope the fighting system thingy is much better than the other ones. Hopefully the map isnt too big either. Seemed unncessary in San Andreas

I've tried playing these, but the novelty wears off pretty quickly for me.
It is looking good though and is sure to be a hit, so I might hire it for a few days when it comes out.

I have the opposite feelings about the GTA games, or the earlier ones at least (didn't play san andreas much). The ability to just steal a car and go for a cruise, become a vigilante, run around fighting dudes.. means i always come back to it.

Thing is, waht will GTA IV have that those other copy-cat games didnt? Like Saints Row and True Crimes etc. ?

For me, the novelty wears off once you beat the game. Itll be interesting to see waht they can conjour this time.

Think theyll keep the auto-aim? or have it manual? cause the aim system didnt work for me in San Andreas

Never played it on PC... but makes sense... come to think of it, itd be good on comp with the mouse to aim. Im shocking when it comes with aiming with a joystick thingy

It'll be worth a hire I think. But usually after 2 hrs I get side tracked and just become a vigilante. By the end of the weekend I've had enough. I never played Vice City or San Andreas, just GTAIII previously.

l thought San Andreas was the better one myself, the only one l did bother to complete, took me awhile as l kept getting side tracked and going on killing sprees, did like cruising the country side on the choppers and doing drivebys :dD:dD

Have any of you played Crackdown and if so, what did you think? All this talk of the GTA games inspired me to dig it up and play it for the first time the other day and I like it so far.

I cant tell which one is better.

The body roll on the cars is insane!! looks like the car is goin to rollover if you steered any sharper.

Im sure it will eventually. All the others have, but they took a while.
Cause this one has a proper multiplayer support, i dont see why they wouldnt push the release for PC anytime soon.

You have to feel sorry for the people who pre-ordered this or bought it for around $119.00 when it came out. Big W didn't advertise it, but they have been selling it from launch day for $78.00. :dD

Does EB still have the deal to trade GTA IV for $90. I have it on the 360, but cannot really get into the game. I've not been a GTA fan in the past. Nothing has changed with IV.
