I'm guessing because it would go the same way as other FWD coupes like
the Celica, Prelude etc and completely tank in the sales race. The
FWD coupe market is all but dead, save for the Integra (which I think
gets the chop soon if it hasn't already) and the Tiburon (which goes
RWD shortly anyway).

The GTO does LOOK good, in a big, sports coupe kind of way. Same as the
89-? 300Zx. Pity they have the interior room of a g-string.

Actually, non-car people seem overwhelmed with how awesome a GTO is when
they drive one. I wonder what it is that appeals so much?

What surprised me with the GTO is that from the pictures it appears to
be FWD which is not something I would expect in that type of car.
