Seek help. It's actually normal for police to never have to patrol the

Well I don't think it is an ILLEGAL document. So, by virtue of our
common law rule of thumb, anything that is not forbidden is permitted,
therefore it is a legal document.

Unless Dr Wilson has some grounds for complaint, then it might be
against some civil ruling.

Rod isn't stupid, I'm sure that he just enjoys stirring things up. If I see
a post with people arguing with themselves I know Rod is somewhere, he's on
my, and many other blacklists. He is very opinionated and has quite set
preferences, as do many people who have been around (and inside) computers
