On a number of roads near me, the roads whilst not major, thyy are
significant are actually single lane. Parking is allowed. It isn't
marked as dual lane. But for some reason many drivers , drive to the
left (in the gutter) and hence have to relocate ever time they come
toward a parked car. Rather than drive toward the centre line line and
then not have to deviate they weave in and out of parked cars which
makes things problematic for cars following then or trying to pass them.
Why keep to the left mean drive in the gutter to so many idiots?
