anyone notice that to do alot of things on computers lately(burn a CD, run scandisk, etc, etc), they recommend u to "close all uneeded applications"? well, if u ask me, thats more work, and isn't the computer supposed to give u LESS work(sometimes lol)??
i mean, a big point of Windows is multitasking. whats the point if u have to close some programs to do something else in another program?? I think that's Microsoft(and all the other operating system manufacturers) should make an OS or at least new memory manager or SOMETHING that uses your computer more efficiently(i mean, adding memory is cheap and easy, but think about it...)
sorry, im just a little mad cuz i was trying to write to my CD-RW and the computer locked up cuz i ran out of resources
