Rudds dilema. On one hand he's making the right noises on climate change
and carbon trading, on the other he's running a system that pays 100% of
the cost of storing carbon in tree plantations. What a joke eh? What it
actually is is a method of transferring vast tracks of agriculural land to
Labor donors who can then on-sell it as carbon credits. Its a scam and its
theft of public money just like Paul Lennon's transfer of millions of
dollars from Tasmanias health system to the Gunns board.
