DVD VCR combo player

Hi guies,

I would like to buy a DVD VCR combo player, could one of you experts suggest a brand name and model as i'm really new to this, I never owned a dvd player except the one on my pc. It would be good if you have a website to reviews or something. price range is $300-$400.

You might want to go for LG's home theatre system with the combo DVD and VCR. I recently bought the system and it's pretty damn good, it also reads the DVD movies I've recorded using my Panny DMR-E30 DVD Recorder so it makes it compatible for me.
You can also get the same combo without the home theatre system for less.

Could you please tell me what is the model no. because there are lots of LG VCR DVD combo models around. Could you also tell me the price for the DVD VCR combo byitself without the home theater system, cause i already have surround sound system.
