Probably not, but if it does at least parts availability shouldn't be
problem! :)

Well out of touch, but past history suggests that the parts situation
(genuine and aftermarket) ought be OK for twenty years at least.
Of all the makes ever sold locally only the Model T Ford does better
IMO. :)

Lucky you didn't say Nissan. After being t-boned in Tas, it
seemed to take that long to source parts for my Navara, from
Japan and the NT, FFS. I reckon plenty of others would have
stories to tell about spares NON-availability.
:-(

The subject was Holden. Had it been Nissan, which have always been
woeful for parts backup (price and availablity), I certainly wouldn't
have made the comment. Their resale values also reflect it.
And to think there those who now want to compare Mitsubishi with
Nissan!
Disclosure: I currently own one Nissan (a '96 Patrol ute) and almost
never buy genuine parts for it (aftermarket aren't much better). When
it was bought ('98) it was half the price of a Landcruiser in
comparable condition (and has probably lasted twice as long). It will
in all likelhood be replaced with another Nissan. (No other
manufacturers, other than Toyota and Nissan, offer comparable
vehicles.) :)
