I've pressed the 'open/close' button on the front of the machine to insert a dvd but the DVD tray won't open. I've tried disconnecting the power and turning the machine on and off with no luck. There is no 'open' button on the remote control.
The machine hasn't been used for about 2 months.
Any ideas how to get the tray to open?
