umm thanks for the input the rest of you, i know i probably wont get the fine waived, but i do need to work out a payment plan and its also the principal of it, i sent a letter of appeal, they should atleast send me a letter of reply saying F#$% off before threatening to sue

She's not tlkn lyk dat...she's substituting the occasional "you" for "u". Personally it erks me. I think it's lazy and sloppy. If you're going to operate in a written medium then you could at least go to the effort of completing an entire word but that's not my problem, it's theirs. Rather than stalk someone all over the forum when they make a post why not just skip reading their posts...or put them on ignore.
