this times different, got a new shrink, hes helpin me quit, goin well so far, todays session we went through the reasons why i smoke... smoked... he also suggested i keep a diary of when i feel like smoking, whats goin on, what im feeling, mite work....

believe me las, nothings shrunk since the last time u saw it,
md, groups are far too depressing, i know there are many people worse off than me and their stories are so depressing id probably need to smoke just to deal with em, new shrinks good though,
