I have a SMSF that is in the Pension Phase. I have received an account from the ATO for capital gains.
I am told by diiferent advisors that their are no capital gains tax on the above.
I have placed a query with the ATO but after six weeks I have had no reply. and the account is due to be paid shortly. Are the advisors wrong in this case?
