need help with my diamond dvd808

please some one help me my dvd808 doesn't want to play some dvd's it just say "the parental level of the player has been set"
i bought the thing brand new, why now and only on sertian dvd's
like 'rocky and bullwinkel' , 'the fast and the furious' , 'american pie 2' please help tell me whats the code or how to bypass it

Sorry don't know. I have a diamond dvd302. i was just wondering whether or not your dvd player is multi-regional or not.
