He could IF:
You provide him with the 11 correct answers
add in about 5 incorrect answers
make sure the incorrect answers can in no way shape or form be
mistaken for correct answers
allow him ~16*16 = 256 attempts to pick the correct answers
plus throw in some random page & line numbers for him to 'channell'
the answers with.
