DVD Receiver system DVT-7000 - Remote Control Set up codes

Hi,

I own a DVT-7000 and the instruction manual says that you can set the remote control up to use it with your other appliances (ie TV, Foxtel, video).

However, the codes given in the back are for UK, US, Canada and 'other countries' but do not appear to work for me. Foxtel is not included either.

If anyone can help with this or point me to a link with a list of Australian codes it would be much appreciated.

I have:

TV=Sanyo
VCR=Hitachi
SAT=Foxtel
