Strathfield: DVD Onix player for $78

Strathfield car radio have an Onix AD-1300(or AD-1500?) DVD player for $88. If you buy it and send in a mail in rebate you get a $10 gift voucher in return. The offer ends 20 November.

I can't find any info on this DVD player, so I can't vouch for the specs or reliability.

although last time i rung up my local store quoting the price on the site for an item, they said they dont have that same price there, and could not sell it to me for that...

That sounds a little odd, particularly since they no longer sell from the web site.
When you click on the add on the Strathfield web site, it shows all the stores that it was available at (previous day stock list).
So, If you want one, you should insist on it, and if necessary call their Head office about it.

whatever you think it sounds like, your off the mark. The price has dropped, check their latest catalouge, they are $68 now

yeah i drop in the city store after work for that one, and they said no more.
may have to call the head office and see where i can find one.

YEP!! No Probs!!
Strathfield had a huge shipment.....at $68 they pretty much walked themselves out the door. Many branches ran out while other branches had plenty. I picked up one from Artarmon (Syd) today and I think there were 3 left there.
Great prezzie for Mum......and a frikkn bargain!
