I was looking for the Battle Royale 2 release date (which is Dec 21), but it
doesn't look like there's any english subtitles on the dvds.
Anyone know where else BR2 may be coming soon?
(I'm also still looking for any HK sites too)

Most Japanese DVDs (which are Region 2) don't have English subtitles.
You will probably need to wait for an Hong Kong company to have it...

Yesasia generally indicate if a DVD has English subs - there are a few
Japanese releases with them. http://www.asiandvdguide.com/ has a list of
Japanese DVDs with English subs.

30)
Japanese DVD release: December 21, 2003
Hong Kong DVD release: March 2004 (estimated)
British Theatrical release: April/May 2004
British DVD release: October/November 2004
