As I said irdeto is irdeto

Its hardly a switch, by being unable to extract the HMK from a version 4 its
will mean
for now, it will not be possible decrypt the EMK, meaning it will not be
possible to sell cards in bulk.
And the current lot of gold cards will slowly die out as legit 1.x cards get
replaced.

They don't have a switch at all, there will just be a shortage HMKs, if they
had a switch why haven't they switched it?

But the minute some gets a memory map from V4 card and extract the HMK, its
game over version 4 cards.

Many people hack these things for a hobby and aren't even interested in the
television channels, they treat it as a challenge so its won't be long
before its hacked. Why would they be interested, there is fuck all on that
sad range and channels worth watching.

On the other hand, if the providers had stuck with 1.1 cards, to start
with, they probably wouldn't have had the problems they have
now with piracy.

Who care what anyone's name is. It is still a free country and anyone can
use any nick they like. It's the value of anonymity.
