Does anyone else have the problem since the last couple of days of changing
channels and the screen just goes blank and then says 'searching for signal
at ***** Mhz ?
Seems to happen on my UEC going up one channel from MTV to Main Event CH 45
to 46
or from say ch22 Arena to ch18 National Geo Channel
Seaching takes anywhere from 10 secs to up to over 5 mins ?
Trying tune & rescan and reset to factory default and same results all the
time
and yes i am using a proper foxtel smartcard, but not the new one...

I'd say your c/n is low, realign dish

It's only happened in the last couple of days and checking different
channels-
signal strength varies between 78% and 85% course.....

there was a bit of a transponder shakeup a while ago - there maybe a bug in
your firmware - prob a good idea to call Fox and see if they can help [they
might be able to forcefeed it some medicne :) ]
