I just bought an Omni DV-3300FB for a friend of mine. One of his
requirements is since he's got a relatively small TV he wants to be able
to zoom in some of the movies. (yeah I know, I don't like that myself
but that's not the point now.)
Anyway, the Omni is capable of zooming 2x, 3x, etc... BUT when it's
zoomed in there's an on-screen display saying "zoom 2x" and a bluish
rectangle showing the position of your screen in the original frame.
Those stay on the screen permanently and I couldn't find a way to remove
them!
So my questions are:
1. Does anyone know how to remove the "zoom" on-screen display on DV-3300FB?
2. Does anyone know if DV-3300FA has the same behaviour or a more
intelligent one?
Thanks,
Jim
