I have finally managed to update my web site. New layout. New photos. I
use Media Center Plus, which came with Paint Shop Pro, to create the
galleries And Front Page, to modify and tie it all together. Front Page
isn't working properly.
I am also using Windows ME. And I'm here to tell you that Microsoft
should be sued over this dog.
Anyway, take a look and let me know what you think.
Thanks.

nice photos, but they seem very dark on my screen.
I'm unable to make out a lot of detail.

So why exactly should Microsoft be sued because you can't use their product?

Using Mozilla Firebird V0.61 as a browser the home page
background is a medium blue and the links are in an
(all but) unreadable grey/orange/brown.

The big funny font heading is so obscure I cannot understand
what it says!?

The hit counter shows the words "Hit Counter", no digits,
but I have Java turned off although Javascript is on.

As someone else mentioned the pics. look a bit (not a
lot) dark to me, eg. 0012-01-25.jpg.

The white text size is a bit small for my liking but I should
probably be wearing my glasses to read it anyway :)

Using Internet Explorer the background is a medium green. The heading
sais "The Photo Boat Fishing Exploration". It is also a link to the home
page.
Don't bother to turn java on . The hit counter doesn't exist. I can read
the white writing fine. But your comment has some merit. I'll enlarge it
when I get the time.
As for the big one! "Some photos are too dark". I often use
underexposure to; 1 increase colour saturation; 2 obscure detail in the
shadow; 3 create impact with high contrast.
This has coursed problems in scanning. I will in time, rescan or remove
these photos. Still, most look fine when I review them using I.E.. I think
you have made a mistake in the example you used.(0012-01-25.) This is a
normal exposure And looks normal when I review it.

This is not just my opinion. Others, including 2 professionals, I have
spoken to, say M.E. is a lemon. I have had to reinstall it a number of
times, twice after reformatting my hard drive and it is still giving me
HELL.
Do you work for Microsoft?
Ray.

I thought it was well-known among the computer industry that of the older 9x
Windows, Win98SE is the most stable.
