View Full Version : DVDpacfic - damaged dvd policy
Hi, I ordered the Austin powers twin pack from DVDpacific and the first
movie (flipper in a snapper case, eew) the case is smashed where the disc is
meant to hold and as a result the disc is covered in light scratches.
However it seems to play fine from a short look
Anyone know what DVDpacific's policy in regards to this is?

Just play it. If there are no problems in playback, what's the big
deal?
My TTT:EE has a "mark" across the first disc but plays fine (phew).
