Since Foxtel Updated the Firmware
I lost all my Free To Air Channels
Any way to get them back

Foxtel don't want you to access them.

A TV antenna. You can get high gain ones for country viewing if you are out in
the sticks.

I live in Central Coast and where I am I need a booster to just get
basic channel 7/9/10/abc/sbs and all on UHF :-)

What are you people talking about? Are you saying that you can recieve fox
FTA using terrestrial, via TV Antenna. DVB? Please make some sense.

No, use a high gain antenna to receive FTA stations if you don't get them via
the sat feed.
