technical difficulties.....but I am moving house...and all I want to do is
cancel my subscription....can't even find a real person to talk to...or send
an email to....?
and I haven't got any new red card either?? what's that?

If you don't want Foxtel to have any excuses for an argument, send them a
registered snail mail letter explaining that you're moving and that you
tried to contact them by phone but couldn't.

Or just stop Foxtel from accessing your credit card. Some how I think they
will get the point when you stop paying for the service.
