Dave,

I bought one of these projectors from you a few months ago (and love it by
the way) but I'm having issues with the remote.

Everything started off fine about 4 months ago, but over the last two weeks
the remote has stopped operating most of the functions of the unit. The only
thing that seems to work at the moment is the standby button to power down
the projector.

Have you heard of any other instances of this? I've put brand new batteries
in the remote but there has been no change.

What are my options?

I am also interested in the 10m component cables. What brand are they?

We can only offer finance for Melbourne purchasers.

A good finance broker should be able to work with to let you purchase in
cash and then roll that purchase into a finance facility though.
