Anybody have any idea where I can get a pic of a dead horse? I have someone
who wants nothing for Christmas except a picture of a dead horse. Bizarre. I
have a few avenues where I could possibly go and take it myself, but if it's
already been done, I'd prefer not to go and look at a dead horse :-(.

well its not realy dead but it sure looks like it. The horse is being winched up a cliff by the feet. It has been sedated by a vet. its a shot of a rescue team recovering it from the bottom of a cliff.

Someone I know was taking photos of roadkill for stock because he
thought there wasn't a lot available. Maybe he's right.

Take a photo of a real live horse.
Use a $1400 program (Photoshop) with a $400 filter (Knockout) to remove t he
horse from the picture and get a second photo of the place where the horse
was (without the horse) and paste the horse into the picture upside down!
You're a troll, right?

How about this one that came with a sexist power point the other day
that was explaining the difference between men and women.

<http://www.users.bigpond.com/neuschulz/horse.jpg>

I cut it off the power point and posted it to my user account URL

With all these posts? There's not enough room to swing a dead horse!

Ah, I think it's a bit tongue in cheek, Gavin. You know, the year after year
"what do you want for Christmas", "oh, nothing, just a photo of a dead
horse". Well, my mate has decided to call his bluff and try and find one...

I know a lot of people who Flog a dead Horse. And at times have even bet on
one ;-)

But I guess, Somewhere around Canberra where the Pattersons Curse has killed
a lot of Horses would be a good start ;-)

photographed one years ago on the side of the road in the Transkei(South
Africa) B+W, I think I may have a print of it somewhere(could be in a box of
stuff at my parents home in S africa, I'm in NZealand) If I find a copy of
the print here at home in NZ, I'll get back to you.I don't have a scanner
but could take a pic of it on digi camera when I get back to work on the
5th. Bit late for Xmas.
That's only if I can find the pic.

Mike
