G'day people. :)
What console do you have, What games are you playing? What games are you looking forward to?

Myself.....I've been giving my trusty Dreamcast a good workout lately, but I'm thinking of moving on to an X Box.
Possibly a Gamecube too. I really want Gamecubes Resident Evil.

HAD a playstaion, the laser packed it in last month though. But thanks to mac, I'm now the owner of a PS2, Can't wait to start playing it (still in transit).

Huge fan of RPG's going all the way back to nes and snes. Can't wait to give FF10 a burl. :)
Im a fan of the survival horror genre, Resident evil series (havn't played veronica or the survivals yet though), silent hill, dino crisis.
Also racing games.
Games I don't really get into are fighting, 1st person shooters (on consoles, love 'em on the PC - the mouse keyboard combo), or platformers.

had a look at playing warcraft 3 but the graphice sucked ass after playing dungeon seige.also love playing my old mame games.galaga kicks arse:)

Playstation 2 gamer here. Had a great World Cup campaign on Fifa 2001 a few hours back. 3-0 down to England and came back to win.. Lost the World Cup Final in injury time in the 2nd period of ET.. (crowd groans).

Main game I have started on is Final Fantasy IV. Great SNES classic. I finished no. X about 2 weeks ago - the first time I finished one of them.

Rush out & get it Linton - the game is the best.


Looking forward to giving AFL 2003 a work out , and the new league game. Still some current titles I need to get like GTA3, Medal of Honor & Splashdown

Recently picked up a Dreamcast and an XBOX, so I've been gaming a bit.

On DC
- Ferrari 355 Challenge
- Virtua Tennis

On XBOX
- Aggressive Inline (only 66.84 at KMart right now!)
- Project Gotham
- F1 2002
- Tony Hawk Skateboarding 3

Waiting for Need for Speed High Stakes 2, Blade II, and Bruce Lee on XBOX.....

Love the XBOX, and the DC is still good considering its age etc. Now I see F355 coming to PS2 - make an XBOX version damn it! :)

Oh, and if you like PC games, try "Live for Speed" - it's an AWESOME demo game, very realistic, craps on GT3 by a mile, and is awesome fun on the LAN at work ;)

I was going through my computer drawers earlier and found my ARL96 (League for you uninformed southerners)... Boy did I suck. Played against the top side and lost 30 - nil... Sad effort.

But only PC games I really liked would be Civilization. The first was better than the 2nd game play wise, I felt anyway

Is this the game with the small little fat players, and when you run fast a big smiley face comes up above them?
I LOVE that game. Was playing it long before I became a storm fan.

have a ps2 and recently bought an xbox combat pack, man still trying to beat halo but it gets a bit repetitive near the end! got fuzion frenzy for free from commbank n microsoft! pretty cool game esp with with 3 more mates!!
playing fifa world cup 2002 and ffx on my ps2, fifa is the best soccer game ive played, esp mutliplayer! and i gota love my final fantasy

And FFX won't be for sale. I only paid $50 cos it had no bonus disc; but it's the type of game I will keep. I collect all the FF games.

anybody remember that ET's rugby league game?? it was before arl96 man!! damn great footy game!! i use to love scoring tries goin through about 20 sets of hand!! excellent stuff man

Et's Rugby League was the best Rugby League game ever made. Its only a shame I still dont have this game.

Yeah it would fit on disc. Hell most file transfers would not take up as much room.

Only fault with ET's Rugby League was in the Semi's. The team comes first after the 22 rounds, would go to the FINAL and only have one shot, rather than have the PRELIMINARY FINAL, and then the FINAL if a loss occured.

Also the FG when it was 0-0 used to be annoying. How many games did you win say 22 - 1....

its actually not bad but that game has so many bugs its not funny! compared to shane warne, graphics are better (obviously), but i prefered the bowling in shane warne to cricket 2002
some bugs in 2002 are: animations repeating themselves over n over (eg keeper taking ball and tossing to 1st slip), u gota reset the damn console!!
anyway i hope nobody from ebay reads this!! its only up to $31!!:D

Allan Borders Cricket and Ian Bothams Cricket were great. I remeber with Ian Bothams, there was some speech in it. Was blurred speech but back then it was unreal.

Did you ever play Cricket 2000 on PSone. EA did the worst job imaginable.. Sucked arse..
