Your IP address "c211-30-54-25.randw1.nsw.optusnet.com.au", points out
that you are in NSW, near Randwick?, so nope, it won't work, Optus
uses sync suppression in NSW. It would have worked in the past since
all they did until not long ago was invert colour polarity, hint:
'austech cable forums'.

if you had Optus Cable, there is a way around the sync suppression that not
only makes the picture stable (well as stable as DScaler) but also makes the
AO and ME channels work also (unlike DScaler before Optus (Foxtel) switched
on all the chanels to sycn supression.
CCDXP-32 version 3.601
But as for hNCLpus, in order to get a nice clear picture, you need a very
fast computer ( a P4 3.06Ghz will do great) so you can use the RPNG (radon
program number generator which hNCplus does have but you cant use it if your
computer is slow)

Nope as Optus use sycn supression on all the channels (excluding EXPO)
But youcan use:
CCDXP-32 version 3.061
Here is the link to CCD forum:
read it first before you donwload the program because the program is writtin
in Spanish.
As for a Channel Map, you can get it from the AusTech forums.
http://www.mp3musicbox.nl/ccrypt/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=2
Download the program (NOTE: Its the older version but its in english)

Download this PATCH (its the DScaler virtual drivers, which by pass the TV
Capture Card Drivers.
http://www.alvilag.hu/cablecrypt/download/CCD-XP32/dsdrv.zip
Unzip it into the FOLDER where you have placed CCDXP-32.
Start CCDXP-32
and then all 58 channels (barring some channels without Sound as they also
encrypt the sound, but the VISION still comes through clear)
For more info, use the forum link provided in another post I made.
As for the channel map, I can sed it to you if you want.
TIP:
Use the AusTech forum to search for answers on the AUDIO and how to LOCK the
picture to stop scroling from right to left.
Enjoy

how is the RPNG going to help foxtel? (AFAIK) it is not based upon sync
supression, it is encrypted transmission, which is why you can't use DScaler
or hVCPlus to decode it, you need to use hNCPlus.
I'm happy to try any other methods you can reocmmend and i can easily get
access to PC's upwards of 3.2Ghz to try it out. if hNCPlus was SMP aware it
would help me as i'm running dual CPU at the moment (not HT) but i don't see
program developments happening any time soon.

I have seen a increase in decoding when using RPNG option that hNCLpus has when
decrypting certain channels.
In particular Fox Sports (1/2) / FFC.

This is a alternative to hvcplus
(virtualdub is an advanced free video editing program)
go to www.virtualdub.org & download virtualdub
then go to http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=7420&release_id=35001
& download dtv
install vitualdub & copy dtv to where virtualdub is installed
usually C:\Program Files\vitual dub
open virtualdub & under file: click capture avi
then under video: click bt8x8 teaker
watch pay tv
note only works with
bt848
bt89
bt878 chips set only for the pay tv (if not only free to air)
Overall
Down side not a very good channel change box (only has one if you tell it to display it in the options Still 10 times better than hvcplus
